Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use the 55god platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Be an individual with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be located in a jurisdiction where access to online gambling platforms is prohibited by local law.
• Not have been placed on any self-exclusion list or gambling ban list by any statutory body.
• Register with valid personal information, including your full name, mobile phone number and active email address.

55god reserves the right to request identity document verification such as a valid identity card (MyKad) or passport at any time. Accounts that fail to provide satisfactory verification within the specified period may be suspended until the verification process is complete.

User Responsibilities

As a registered 55god user, you agree to:

• Use this platform solely for personal and non-commercial purposes.
• Not use any automated software, bots, scripts or other unauthorised methods to access or interact with the platform.
• Not attempt to alter, deceive or circumvent the platform's security systems or game outcomes.
• Not take advantage of technical errors, pricing errors or software bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Not engage in any form of fraud, money laundering or activities prohibited under Malaysian law.
• Update your personal information if any changes occur and notify 55god promptly.

55god reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected to be suspicious and take appropriate action including account suspension, bonus cancellation or referral of information to the relevant authorities.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 55god platform are subject to the following policy:

• The minimum deposit amount per transaction is RM30, regardless of the payment method chosen.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100 per request.
• Accepted payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH.
• Withdrawal processing times are typically completed within 1 hour from the time the request is submitted, subject to verification and third-party processing.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to an account verified in the name of the same user.
• 55god reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals that require further review for anti-money laundering (AML) compliance purposes.

If there is any doubt regarding the source of funds, or if 55god receives instructions from legal authorities, the platform reserves the right to hold those funds until the investigation is complete.

Bonuses and Promotions

55god offers various bonuses and promotions to registered members. All bonuses are subject to the following specific conditions:

• A 120% Welcome Bonus on the first deposit of up to RM1,000 is given to new members who meet the registration requirements.
• The wagering requirement for the Welcome Bonus is 20 times the bonus amount received before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• For example: A deposit of RM100 generates a bonus of RM120 and an account balance of RM220. The wagering requirement is RM120 × 20 = RM2,400.
• Bonuses are automatically credited to your account once the deposit requirements are met.
• 55god reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse, including opening multiple accounts to obtain repeated bonuses, will result in bonus cancellation and account closure.
• Weekly cashback is available under the VIP programme at varying rates according to membership tier: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond.

Game Rules

The 55god platform offers various game categories including online slots, live casino, sports betting, fish shooting and table games. The following general rules apply to all games:

• The results of all games are final once settled by the system. 55god will not amend or cancel game results that have been settled except in cases of verifiable technical error.
• In the event of any technical disruption during a game session, 55god will use a fair and transparent method to resolve any disputes that arise.
• The 55god game system uses a random number generator (RNG) that has been certified by an independent third party to ensure fairness and transparency in gameplay.
• Sports betting is subject to the rules of the respective sports and leagues. Odds and betting markets may change before the start of an event.
• Bets placed on games or events that are in progress (live betting) cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

Any attempt to manipulate or influence game outcomes through technical means or collusion is a serious breach that may result in account closure and referral of information to the relevant authorities.

Account Restrictions and Closure

55god reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close a user's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failed or unsatisfactory identity verification.
• Activity suspected to involve fraud, money laundering or collusion.
• Multiple accounts held by the same individual.
• Instructions from legal authorities or a relevant regulatory body.
• A request by the user to close their own account for self-exclusion purposes related to responsible gambling.

In the event of account closure, any legitimate balance in your account will be returned once all investigations are complete and there are no outstanding disputes, except in cases of confirmed fraud or legal violations.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 55god is not responsible for:

• Any indirect, consequential, special or punitive losses arising from the use of this platform.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond the platform's control, including internet outages, natural disasters or third-party actions.
• Losses arising from betting decisions made by the user.
• Delays or errors in transaction processing caused by third-party payment processors.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from the user's own negligence in safeguarding their login details.

Privacy Policy and Personal Data

55god prioritises the protection of users' personal data. The use of your personal information is subject to our separate Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. In summary:

• Personal data collected is used solely for the purposes of account management, transaction processing, legal compliance and service improvement.
• 55god does not sell or disclose your personal data to third parties without your consent, except where required by law or the relevant regulatory authority.
• All stored data is protected using encryption technology that is standard in the online gambling industry.
• You have the right to request access to your personal data held by this platform by contacting our customer service.

Amendment of Terms

55god reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any material amendments will be communicated to registered users via email or in-platform notification. Such amendments take effect on the date specified in the relevant notice.

Continued use of the 55god platform after the effective date of such amendments is considered your acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with the amendments, please stop using the platform and contact customer support to close your account.

Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

55god operates under international licensing and complies with all licensing requirements set by our licensing authority. These Terms & Conditions are interpreted and governed by the laws of the relevant licensing jurisdiction.

Should any dispute arise relating to the use of the platform, you are encouraged to first contact the 55god customer service team via live chat or email to seek an amicable resolution. Our support team is available 24/7 in Malay and English.

If a dispute cannot be resolved internally within a reasonable period, users may refer the matter to the supervisory body designated by our licensing authority. The decision of that supervisory body is final and binding on both parties.
